How the Visual Innovation Studio replaced a scattered delivery process with a brand hub as striking as the work itself.
Built on Niice
Fox Entertainment’s Brand Portal makes it easy to share thousands of media assets with their partners in a more visual way.
The Result: Efficiency, creativity, and consistency at scale
Today, VIS manages over 15TB of brand assets through Niice. Partners can find and share what they need without leaning on the team for guidance.
"Now, not only are our assets organised and easy to find, but they're showcased in a way that captures each show's unique brand look, tone, and feel. We've empowered our partners to find and share what they need, without relying on our team for guidance. The result? More efficiency, creativity, and a visually stunning, consistent brand presence across the board."

Fox's brand system took years to build. Niice is helping make sure it stays intact. A hub that is visible, accessible, and inspiring to everyone who uses it.
An in-house agency for one of America's biggest networks (tbc)
Fox Entertainment's Visual Innovation Studio (VIS) is the in-house design agency combining design, animation, motion, and photography to create bespoke visuals for Fox's marketing efforts. It's a wide remit - servicing dozens of platforms, mediums, internal teams, and external partners across 40+ shows.
With that kind of reach, keeping everyone pointed at the same assets, using them the right way, starts to become its own full-time job.
The Solution: A hub as striking as the work itself
What VIS needed wasn't just better storage. They needed a front door, somewhere partners could land, find what they needed, and understand how to use it.
The visual structure allows the team to present assets in context, not just list them. Each show hub captures its own brand look, tone, and feel — so a partner accessing assets for one show gets an experience that actually reflects that show's identity. Across 40+ show hubs and more than 200 users, that visual consistency matters.
“Niice isn’t just user-friendly and intuitive. Its sleek, customizable design layouts allow us to present our creative toolkit in a way that’s as visually striking as the work itself. Now, not only are our assets organized and easy to find, but they’re showcased in a way that captures each show’s unique brand look, tone, and feel.”

Password-protected public links meant external partners could access everything with a single URL — no account, no lengthy explanation. When assets update, the link stays live and reflects the latest version automatically. What had previously required a back-and-forth now required nothing at all.
The Challenge: Creative collateral, scattered
The team had been using Box since the pandemic pushed everyone remote. Functional, yes — but not built for how a creative agency actually works. Partners cycled in and out constantly, and each new contact meant a new onboarding process: finding the right folder, adding permissions, explaining the structure from scratch.
"Because we service so many platforms, mediums, and internal/external partners, we found that our delivery method for creative collateral became scattered over time."

Even when partners had access, browsing folders of tiny thumbnails didn't do justice to the work. Assets are visual. The Fox brand is visual. But nothing about a file tree communicates that. The team ended up being the unofficial gatekeeper for everything — fielding the same requests, sending the same links, over and over.
