Say it with a comment or an emoji. Either way, feedback stays with the file

Comments and reactions let people give feedback on a file without leaving the page. Editors switch them on for folder blocks, so people can comment, reply in threads, resolve feedback, or react with an emoji.
Editors can turn on comments and reactions folder by folder, so you choose where feedback happens.
Once it's on, everyone who can see the folder block can start commenting.
Hover over any file in the folder block and click the comment icon. Type your note in the composer and post it. Your comment stays attached to that file, so feedback never gets separated from the thing it's about.
Reply to a comment to keep the conversation in one thread. When the feedback has been dealt with, resolve the thread and pick a reason from the dropdown. It's a tidy way to show what happened, and it keeps your files free of loose ends.
Not everything needs a paragraph. Open the emoji picker on a file to react with a quick emoji instead. Reactions are handy for a fast yes or a nod of thanks, and they add up, so you can see which files are getting the most love.
