A page can be a blank canvas that you populate with content, or you can choose a custom or pre-designed template to speed up your workflow.
To create a new page in your Site, click the “Add new” button in the sidebar. From here, you can choose a new blank page or create a new page with a template.
Go to the “…” icon beside any page in the sidebar and click “Add sub-page”. The new sub-page will then be nested within the parent page in the sidebar.
You can nest as many pages as you like and create a deep hierarchy for your content—just like you would with folders on your desktop.
Once a page has at least one sub-page, an arrow toggle will appear in the sidebar, which you can close, or keep open, even if the page is refreshed.
💡 You can rearrange pages within your sidebar to structure your content any way you like. Learn more here.
If you go to page options “…” beside any page in the sidebar, you’ll be able to edit the page name or the slug (within “Edit Info”), duplicate a page, archive it, and save a page as a template for future use.
Click on “Edit Info” and type in a new title in the dialogue box. Once you hit “save changes”, the new page name will be reflected in the sidebar.
Click on “Edit Info” and edit the slug to something more specific. I.e. instead of “page-32”, you can choose to name the page something like “logo-library”.
If you click “Duplicate”, an exact copy of that page will pop in directly below the original in the sidebar.
Archive a page to remove it from your sidebar, without deleting it permanently.
If you find yourself needing the same layout over and over again, you can save the page as a template to speed up your workflow. Learn about templates here.
